Your first consultation will take approximately one hour. When you visit the Sheffield Self Care Centre for the first time, you will be asked for some personal information. We will then spend some time to take your full medical case history, including questions about your lifestyle (foods, exercise, sleep, stress levels, daily routines and work habits) as well as any accidents, injuries or illnesses. Any information provided by you will kept strictly confidential.

Yes, when accompanied with a parent or guardian. (Children are classified as under the age of 18.)

We accept cash and credit card payments only.
Free parking is available around the centre.
If you fail to attend or cancel (less than 24hrs notice given) on the day of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment.
